Working with input from neighbors in this historic Tempe neighborhood, Rebecca Ross built on community members’ interests in transportation and transit to create a mosaic suggesting movement and pathways. The mosaic, filled with varied and unexpected elements including powder-coated bicycle and motorcycle chains, is located adjacent to a sidewalk near busy downtown Tempe.

This project was funded through the City of Tempe Maryanne Corder Neighborhood Grant Program.
